* The standard i-Photo Video package requires that you send us your still images in the required format (please see below). The business i-Photo Video package includes an i-Spy360 consultant visiting your location to take the necessary images. Our ability to service your requirement is location dependent.
** The annual management pro package has a minimum term of contract of 24 months. For more information please read our terms & conditions.
Required format for still images
As part of the standard i-Photo Video package, you will be required to send us your digital photographs in the following format: JPG / minimum resolution 1500px wide / max size 750kb per image. You can upload your images directly via our contact page.
Delivery of order
On average we aim to provide you with your finished i-Photo Video production within 5 working days of receiving all the components we need to complete the project. You will receive a link to download / view your completed i-Photo Video via email.
