Terms and Conditions

i-Spy360 does its upmost to ensure that you receive only the best service when requesting one of our services. Nevertheless, like all companies we do need a few terms and conditions which we have listed below. Please make sure you read these terms and conditions in full, which are applicable to you upon completing any registration or shopping process via the i-Spy360 site or through one of our consultants. These terms and conditions may be modified or terminated by i-Spy360 without notice so please check them again if you make any additional purchases in the future.

Intellectual Property

All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on i-Spy360-mauritius.com and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in i-Spy360. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use i-Spy360 content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any i-Spy360 content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of i-Spy360 content requires the prior written permission of i-Spy360. The names, images and logos identifying i-Spy360 and the i-Spy360 products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of i-Spy360.

 

International Orders

i-Spy360 services can be bought from outside of Mauritius. In this case you must check with i-Spy360 centrally if we can support your requirements before purchasing any of our services. i-Spy360 operate on a national basis in Mauritius and in an increasing number of countries overseas.

 

Interruption of Services

i-Spy360 use a third party hosting company to host all i-Spy360 products including websites undertaken and hosted. Although i-Spy360 use a reputable company which has a good track record in “up-time” i-Spy360 cannot be held responsible for third party interruptions to any services.

Where i-Spy360 work with third parties (any hardware providers, software providers, hosting companies etc) i-Spy360 cannot be held responsible for any disruption of services or changes to the way in which third parties decide to operate.

 

Liability

i-Spy360 cannot be held responsible for any damage which is incurred as a result of any of the services provided by an i-Spy360 consultant or by i-Spy360 directly. Although we request that i-Spy360 consultants have liability insurance, this is their responsibility to ensure.

i-Spy360  cannot be help responsible for any costs incurred due to an interruption of services or a delay in the production of services.
 

Management Pro Package terms

Certain services which i-Spy360 sell have an optional management package attached. The management package in all cases has a minimum term of contract of 24 months, which starts from the moment your service is put live. The management pro package will be enabled with automatic renewal, which means that when your renewal date arrives, the management pro package will be renewed for a further 12 months.  If you wish to cancel the management pro package after 24 months, you must cancel within 14 days prior to your renewal date. If you do not cancel within 14 days prior to your renewal date, i-Spy360 will charge you for a further 12 months.

 

Management Pro Package conditions

The management pro package enables you to amend images, text and audio of your purchased service, to ensure that it stays up-to-date over the years. In order to ensure that this system is not abused, the following information must be respected:

 

Management Pro Package for Virtual Tours

• A new set of images can be requested once per year. A consultant will travel to your premises to take the necessary images. This takes affect from the second year, a year after your original virtual tour has been processed. If a new set of images are required, you must contact i-Spy360 directly in regards to this matter and not the i-Spy360 consultant who carried out the work. You will be required to provide your full name and address so that we can check your details against those held on our systems.
• The scene descriptions for the virtual tour can be amended once per year. You are responsible for ensuring there are no spelling mistakes within the text provided.

 

Management Pro Package for Online e-Brochures

• Your brochure content can be completely amended once per year. You are responsible for amending your brochure content and sending us a revised PDF document. Whilst making textual and graphical amendments to your PDF document, you are not permitted to increase the original page count which you originally supplied.

 

Management Pro Package for i-Photo Video

• Your i-Photo Video audio and photographic content can be amended once per year. Unlike for the virtual tour management pro package, the i-Photo Video management pro package does not include a consultant visiting your premises to retake images. You must supply the still images in the appropriate format. Please request this information from us prior to uploading any still images.

 

Payment

i-Spy360 accepts payment via PayPal, cheque and bank transfer. All payment through the website is in Mauritian Rupees (MUR). All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal.

Payment for any service must be received within 48hrs of the service being completed.

Where web design services are concerned, 50% payment will be required upfront with the balance payment due on completion.

Failure to make payment in full for any of the services, or where required for the management pro package, may result in your service being taken offline.

 

Pricing

The prices listed for i-Spy360 services listed on this website are liable to changes over time. We do however try to ensure that our prices remain at all times competitive within the market.

 

Refund Policy

The i-Spy360 refund policy is only related to products or services bought from the i-Spy360 website. A complete refund will be offered for any products or services purchased if the purchase is cancelled prior to technical development work being carried out or a location visit by one of our consultants. If any work has  been carried out or any costs have been incurred, the costs will be deducted from the refund. The cancellation of any services takes affect from the moment we receive your notification, either by email or by telephone. Once an i-Spy360 consultant has visited your property or location, no refund is available due to time and travel costs incurred.

 

The Photo Shoot

It is your  responsibility to ensure that prior to an i-Spy360 consultant arriving at your location, the area to be photographed has been fully prepared in advance. It is not the responsibility of the i-Spy360 consultant to prepare locations for a photo shoot and locations will be shot as presented on the day of the photo shoot. If a photo shoot has to be retaken due to a location not being fully prepared in advance, this will be charged for.
